INSURANCE REPAIR CLAIM PROCESS
EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Perform emergency repairs to stop water and weather intrusion.
INSPECTION
Conduct an initial inspection to assess damage and take measurements.
WRITTEN REPORT
Submit to owners a written proposal for repairs and costs related thereto.
INSURANCE CLAIM
Assist owners with an insurance claim.
CLAIM ADJUSTMENT
Work directly with owners insurance company and/or adjuster to ensure the full extent of the scope and quantities covered by the policy are considered.
RECONSTRUCTION/REPAIRS
Implement the repair scope as covered by the insurance policy as well as any additional items requested by owners.
INSPECTION, CLEAN-UP AND CLOSING
Perform complete site clean-up, obtain any required building department inspections and confirm with owner the completion and satisfaction of work.

PAST RESTORATION WORK
On October 4, 2013 our house at 3816 Deercreek Lane in Harvey caught fire and was severely damaged. Fortunately, Kevin Aguilar and his partner Billy Pizani were already doing repair work on our church in Marrero so we called them and they were there within the hour. We already knew from the church repairs that they did quality work. They worked with our insurance company to get us everything we needed. They also put us in touch with the company that could clean our clothes and other items that could be salvaged. We felt a real peace of mind about the home repairs and so we could focus on the other issues we had to take care of concerning securing other living arrangements and other aspects of being in transit. We were very pleased with the way the house was made new. It looks better than ever! We would recommend Kevin¹s services to anyone.
